What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmericanExpress, checks and money orders. We do NOT accept Debit cards or e-checks.

How do I know what size 360 VacCaddy^TM I should order? Two things determine what size you should order; 1) the measurement around your vacuum (circumference) where you intend to mount the 360 VacCaddy and; 2) the size of the tools/attachments that your vacuum has (1-1/4" or 2-1/2"). When will I receive my 360 VacCaddy^TM after I order it? You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the time of authorization for your credit card payment or the time your check/money-order clears our bank.

SHIPPING: What method of shipping do you use? Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6.75 to all continental United States delivery addresses. You may also request FEDEX which may require additional charges. UPS is NOT in our automated system at this time, but can be requested using the 'Contact' button on our web site.

Can I get extra or replacement holders for my 360 VacCaddy^TM? YES. Please see 'Parts' for pricing and ordering.
